Our Executive Director started our society in 1994.  The scope or dimensions of the role of the Executive Director are significant: Margaret's responsibility ranges from the management of staff, contractors, and volunteers, meeting community needs, strategic financial management, to risk mitigation.

IT Technician – Team Lead

As the IT Technician Team Lead, Bonnie brings extensive expertise in information technology, ensuring our systems and devices remain up to date and accessible to all. She has been a valued member of our society since 2002.

Finance Officer

Our Finance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with Federal and Provincial financial accounting policies and procedures. Jennifer completes the financial statements, budgets for all agreements, and ensures all supporting information is complete and accurate.

 Information Resource Specialist

Our Information Resource Specialist is the first point of contact for our society, Charmaine welcomes and provides the information and resources needed by individuals and employers to access our free employment assistance services and programs in our Bridgewater Centre.

Our Career Development Practitioners' job is to collaborate with job seekers in creating a strong return to work action plan that teaches the job seeker the skills and abilities needed to move successfully towards their employment plan. Case managers help with job search, career decision making and accessing funding programs for work experience, retraining and self-employment.  Heather is also our Operations Manager keeping everything running smoothly throughout our organization.

Our Workshop Facilitator provides instruction and guidance to session participants through a process of co-creation, active dialogue, and working together efficiently to help reach a particular goal. During each Workshop and Webinar Maria ensures participants gain a better understanding of the skills needed to lead to meaningful employment.

Our Job Developer works with clients  to support those who have difficulties marketing themselves to an employer. and assists in defining and managing career and personal development goals.  Our Job Developer liases with local businesses who have labour market needs to help create employment opportunites by matching client job seeker skills to job requirements.

Employment Maintenance Worker

Our Employment Maintenance Worker offers personalized support to job seekers facing market perception barriers. By developing, coordinating, and expanding service options, Jim helps individuals work toward their goals. His focus is on assisting job seekers in adapting and enhancing their strategies to achieve long-term success in both work and life.

Jillian Jamer
​Employer Engagement Specialist
Our Employer Engagement Specialist collaborates with employer partners to assess their needs and develop tailored action plans. She partners with community and government organizations to identify and plan for economic development opportunities within our region. At the operational level, Jillian supports employers with recruitment, retention, marketing of employment opportunities and accessing funded programs.

School Liaison

Our School Liaisons work with students in Grades 7-12, and their families, to explore entering the workforce.  Catherine offers support with understanding Labour Market Information, accessing potential youth employment opportunities, providing relevant employability workshops, and supporting with the career planning process. She provides services in the following schools:  North Queens Community School, Lockeport Regional High School, Liverpool Regional High School, and Shelburne Regional High School.

Lorenda Barkhouse

​School Liaison

Adult Learning Opportunities Instructor

As an instructor within the Lunenburg County Adult Learning Opportunities Program, Marilla helps people (aged 18+) develop learning plans and progress towards their goals. She assists learners to improve skills in communications, math, and other subjects as well as prepare for GED tests and promote participation in the E3 Foundation programs.​

​Adult Learning Opportunities Instructors

Our Adult Learning instructors within the Lunenburg County Adult Learning Opportunities Program work with adult learners to develop learning plans and set goals in reading, writing, and math. They also help learners reach their employment, educational, or personal goals.  They deliver training in basic computer skills, essential skills, workplace communications and math.

Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant to Lunenburg County Adult Learning Opportunities, Dayna welcomes learners and provides resources and support to individuals seeking out our services. Dayna helps to connect learners to instructors, promote E3 Foundation programs, and provide assistance within the learning space.
