We assist with:

• ​​Recruitment and retention of new hires
• Information and processes on Diversity and Inclusion in your workplace
• Assisted access to Government funding programs such as the START program
• Identifying community supports to assist with development and growth
• On site mini job fairs
• No cost job postings through Nova Scotia Works Digital, a one-stop job search & career advice resource, helping Nova Scotians reach their employment goals
• ​We encourage employers to register for a 'My NS Account' an online portal used by many government services including the Labour Market Programs Support System (LaMPSS). By registering for a 'My NS Account' employers gain access to valuable resources, such as applying for government hiring incentives like the START program, posting job opportunities, and more @ Nova Scotia Works Digital.
