I am very grateful to have found Employment Solutions Society at a job fair I attended last year. I was supported in every aspect of the job-search process. (My Case Manager) recommended people to network with, websites to look for jobs, sent me roles relevant to my field, and pointed me toward programs that could help me find ajob faster. She was truly myeyes and ears for opportunities ... and constantly adapted to where I was in my search. But what I'm most grateful for is the encouragement and the regular check-in meetings that kept megrounded and accountable. Even after I landed a job... (she) continued to check in and offer support, which meant a lot to me. It made the transition into my new role feel less overwhelming. It was a long and, at times, hopeless journey, but working with Employment Solutions Society made it feel easier. I would encourage anyone to take advantage of everything the Employment Solutions Society offers. Their support is free of charge, and it can make a huge difference.

A truly wonderful organization with skilled and caring staff. Very supportive of adults with lagging skills in need of finding development as they try to find their ‘job of best fit.’ Staff have great understanding and acceptance of persons with autism as they try to find their way into the world of meaningful employment. I would highly recommend people dropping by for a visit.
